A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) entails research of available records, a visual survey of the property, and interviews with the property owner(s) - so much has already been made clear. Gathering this information efficiently requires skill and experience, and this is only half the job! Interpretation of the available data requires the advice and support of knowledgable professionals. The diverse environmental issues involved in a phase I investigation can not be addressed consistently and effectively by a single individual.
Due to our involvement in a wide range of environmental issues, CERL maintains a broad base of expertise through both in-house staff and associate consultants. CERL's comprehensive staff and support includes health physicists, environmental specialists, industrial hygienists, geohydrologists, ventilation engineers, and many others.
